AT LLETY MIERI
As a family concern we aim to help all our visitors enjoy their holiday and ask you to agree certain terms and conditions that will formally minimise any misunderstanding that might arise.

Provisional bookings may by made by telephone or email. Payment of an initial deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost due should be sent together with a completed booking form to confirm your reservation within 7 days. Payment may be made in Sterling cheque or bank transfer. Payment can also be made by credit card via Pay Pal.
-
Reservations only become effective on receipt of a deposit. The remaining balance of the total holiday cost due should be sent to reach us not later than 6 weeks before the first day of your planned holiday.
-
Provisional reservations can only be held for 7 days after which we will presume that you have changed your mind. To confirm an agreed late booking the whole holiday cost is due to be received not later than 7 days before your arrival.
-
Cancellations. We recommend you take out insurance against cancellation of your holiday. Any notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. The date of cancellation will be the date we receive this written notice. In the unlikely event of the Management having to cancel any booking their liability will be limited to any monies received only.
-
If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your intended arrival your deposit (25%) will be forfeit. If you cancel within 28 days of the start of your holiday date the full amount of the total holiday cost will be forfeit.
-
If any party behaves in a way that unduly disturbs others or causes damage to the premises, property or contents, the Management reserve the right to terminate that party’s occupancy forthwith and without compensation. Socially acceptable behaviour should be maintained by visitors at all times.
-
The Management cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage or loss to persons or their property in the cottages, grounds or buildings at Llety Mieri. Nor can they accept liability for any damage or loss to clothing, personal items or vehicles belonging to guests. Children need to be supervised in the games barn and in the grounds.
-
Visitors are expected to leave the cottages clean and tidy upon departure and allow the Management access at any reasonable time during occupancy. The Management reserve the right to refuse any booking.
-
Pets: Small dogs can stay in the cottages by prior arrangement at the time of booking only. Dogs should never be left alone in the property at any time and should be kept on a lead whilst outside the cottage.
